Another name for this scammer is John McCain. He claimed to be from London, with the usual story about a wife who died of cancer and a 13 years old son named Jackson.

The photos were stolen from an Instagram account belonging to an Italian man. He scammed my sister by asking her to transfer bitcoin into his wallet as his account was frozen.

He then said he was going to come to see her with his son to get engaged with her. On the day of arrival he sent her a message saying that he had to make an emergency stop as his son was taken ill and his passport, his wallet and his phone were stolen, and could she please send him some emergency money as he could not get access to his bank.

He wanted €2500 very urgently to bribe some bent cops or some other lie. Luckily I stopped her by searching the internet for his picture and I found it here!

She questioned him and he became very angry, used all the emotional blackmail possible and it was a very hard task to convince her that he was a conman and was absolutely NOT the man in the pictures! Beware!

So we get this from a victim it is very disturbing.

it happened on October 17, 2022, he always wrote to me that he needed to pay a lawyer to get him out, today he is still in that central prison in Budapest, Hungary, who wrote to me that he needs to pay an officer who is leading his case and to release him with a deposit of €800

I have an e-mail from that officer and the address of the official bank where the deposit should be paid for him in order to be released, I don't know what to believe in this story, whether it could be really sincere or just a lie. Thank you in advance on your answer and I wish you a nice day.
