Rockson Boyle Evis is a fake account. The last account owner is Umar Rabiu and they are scamming using the stolen pictures of Dr Rene Sotelo (They then removed the African's pictures !)

  Sending out requests today he is quite a bad tempered scammer  who says he is a Bone Doctor from, California but he has a contract in Spain as someone has had a bad accident. 
(The real Doctor on the pictures talks of Urology on his tee shirt but I do not think the scammer can read ). 

THE REAL DOCTOR IN THE PICTURES IS Dr. René Sotelo  Professor of Urology !   
An educated man which a scammer just can't sound like when he says 
'Alright dear Am a doctor in Spain right now but am from US California''
