Facebook is quick to put people in Facebook Jail! For just about anything. However these scamming groups can talk openly about that they do and the services they offer. You talking to a stranger is only the 'front', behind it there is a whole industry designed to get them more money but teaching them how. Facebook seems to support this enterprise by scammers. SO little is done to stop what they are doing

FAKE PACKAGE SCAM

There is a fake website and the 'Company' actually contacts and explains the various (FAKE)

the company first say the Luggage is in Taiwan. It needs $5400 to get it's first certificate

THEN.... the scammers get very greedy.... they say the next part

will cost $38500 but all he needs from you is $10,000

IT NEEDS AN 'INTERNATONAL MONETARY FUND BOND' (There is no such thing). Rainie express is the fake shipping company.
