FAKE OIL RIG SCAM...
I have to put this one as it is yet another photoshop of the famous original Ibrahim oil rig picture..
They also send another picture of a man on a religious site holding a sign and this is often used for the sign with a woman's name on it.

African criminal scammers and they are asking of money and gift cards.. large amounts of money and gift cards.

We are aware of a list of women they are scamming and we will be trying to talk to some of the victims to tell them they are being scammed.

NEVER EVER GO TO A CHAT APP..AVOID HANGOUTS AND WHATSAPP

THEY ARE ALSO HUNTING ON PEN PAL PAGES AND THIS IS WHERE THEY CAN GET PEOPLE EASIER... pretending just friendship at first and not romance until later.
