SCAMMED.. THIS WAS A WOMAN IN CANADA. 

A daughter found her mother was speaking to this account... he called himself MIchele Bergolandres and her mother was being very secretive about her online love.

She found out who here mother was talking to and contacted him... he blocked her ! Curious and worrying

A bit of research and she found that the man in the pictures was Italian lawyer, Gian Ettore Gassani.

Her mother didn't believe it... Michele was her love and she did not believe he was not real.

Them her mother started to sell everything she had. Her car, her furniture ready for the move to live with him in France.

Fake cards and transactions followed, cards denied.. still the woman did not believe. IN THE END THE MOTHER PULLED AWAY FROM HER FAMILY AND BLOCKED HER CHIDLREN.
With encouragement from the scammer, they like to divide families and keep victims in place to themselves.

WE TRIED TO CONTACT HER.. she blocked us, in the control of her scammer.

In the end she got in touch with her daughter. She had nomor left to give and after all the thousands she could send... he had gone.

At 60 she was close to retirement. Not now, there is a lot of debt and she is homeless (well, living with family, she has lost all she had).

SCAMMERS EVEN CONTACTED HER AND SAID THTEY WERE FRENCH POLICE AND THEY HAD ARRESTED HIM AND COULD TAKE HIM TO COURT, BUT SHE NEEDED TO PAY $1000..... it was a RECOVERY SCAM... a particularly cruel final attempt by scammers to get more from you

Such a shame no warnings were listened to.. it could all ahve been so much different.. there were warnings and red flags... all ignored for love words and the promise of a loving future.
