He said he wanted to move to (WHEREVER YOU LIVE) from Florida but that he needed help HE WILL ASK YOU TO GET HIM A BANK ACCOUNT AND GIVE HIM THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

He says he needs the password and username to be able to transfer his deployment money 5,000 dollars.

HE MAKES THE TRANSFER AND INSTRUCTS $4000 OF THIS TO BE TAKEN OUT AND ITUNES, STEAM AND AMAZON CARDS BOUGHT AND THE PICTURES OF THE NUMBERS SENT TO HIM. (He says he could get cash for the cards because military soldiers would buy the cards and give him cash)
(That money was suppose to be for the moving agency Choice Taylor) 

WHEN A DEPOSIT IS MADE IN AN ACCOUNT IT MAY LOOK AS IF IT IS THERE BUT IT HAS TO 'CLEAR' ... THE SCAMMER GETS YOU TO TAKE OUT THE MONEY IMMEDIATELY... IT DOES NOT CLEAR AND YOU ARE LEFT WITH THE DEBT. .. In your name.. not a scammer's name.. IN YOUR NAME. 

THE BANK WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU OWE THIS AND HAVE TO PAY IT.. DOES NOT MATTER THAT YOU DID IT FOR SOMEONE ELSE. You owe them that money.
You made the account and passed over the log in details !
