A video call.. a call him sat in front of the camera,clearly,no bad reception ! ... you talking and him answering???Because them playing you a video and a video call are two very different things.
NUMBERS These numbers are Google Voice,... from this and other Apps where you can choose a number from anywhere and use it from your cellphone anywhere in the world
The sensible side is the one you control. The stupid side is the one being controlled. It's not really 'stupid' as the women have rational reasons they believe. Once they trust they find it hard to break that trust because the brain as established it as real and safe. That is the hard part.. let's say more there is the sensible side and the stubborn side... and the stubborn side has Ego as it's master !

NOBODY that contacts you and tells you they are military are ever real. They don't do it,they are not allowed to do it. None would tell you where they are deployed.

They learn from every scam. From your day to day life, what you kids do,they way you talk to better English skills. Messing with them is helping them get better, they learn from every scam. Also.. they are not kids playing, this is organised crime. Every profile is a team and some are not easy to get rid of once you get tired of it !! So please, the best thing to do is block. I can't make you but think of future scams ! You talking to him is giving encouragement to try the next ones and they may get money then.. They scam dozens at once depending on the size of the team so you are not wasting anyone's time and keeping them from someone else !!

Our advice is to come off Hangouts if you can. It is the worst place online for scammers and you will be scammed constantly on there. They gather their victims there to keep it easier for them. Calling you 'babe', 'honey'then they don't get names wrong, much easier for them. NOBODY real is contacting anyone else on HANGOUTS it is Scammer's Paradise .. be very careful.
You can't have peace in a war zone. Peace has got to be declared and the United Nations set up Peacekeeping. Afghanistan is a war zone.
