That guy operates in Poland as James Robert, in Russia by using the same name. They are operating in Spain, Switzerland. I found him under many different names on American, Swiss and Polish dating portals. On Twitter he is Frank Wodden and on Facebook I found him as James Robert and Williams Beller. He was also known as Richard Terry - richardterry92@yahoo.com and Eric Richie, Micheal Holmes.
