This guy is now going by Thomas Anderson from Michigan now living in Anaheim . He claims that he's on a contract in France and has been needing money to finish out his job over there. He even sent me his passport that looked very legitimate! Don't be fooled!

I believe someone is scamming other women with these pics but he's going by Frank Jeff Thomas. Says he's in the military and deployed in lake Chad until April. And he is from Netherlands.
