A person by the name of Williams Parker is using these photos as a romance scam. I given the phone number to the SCAMS group who put this out for other people. He has been talking with me since 2018 using these pictures as himself. He originally identified himself as working for the FBI but upon my contacting the FBI where I live that is not his profession. Now I don't know what he does. I have traced his phone number to Eden New York.
