He has a slight, possibly Spanish sounding accent. You get a contact from General Jordan Scharton... associated with this scam.
He was approved for leave but he can't leave just yet because his pictures were stolen when he was in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The Army is making him pay for an E10 Sergeant replacement before he can leave the base as punishment for the pictures stolen. He has also filed for retirement.
HE ASKS FOR A LOT OF ITUNES CARDS...
HE ASKS FOR YOU CREDIT CARD DETAILS.. then paid it off for this victim.. She was happy until he asked for cash advances of $1250 from it. Send it via MoneyGram to an officer (?) in Akron Ohio (Vanxay Vang,Akron OH)
THEN HE SAYS 'he found out the total is $14000 to leave the base. He needs to pay $11,700 yet to leave'

THIS VICTIM HAS HAD THAT CARD FROZEN BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN USED IN FRAUD... it is being investigated for amounts in and out.

HE SAYS HE CAN'T SKYPE BECAUSE HIS ID WAS STOLEN AND HIS MILITARY PHONE HAS NO CAMERA.
THEN HE SENDS VAST AMOUNTS OF STOLEN PICTURES.
HE EVEN SENDS A VIDEO OF HIM DRIVING WHERE HE SAYS HE IS TRYING TO TALK TO YOU.. BUT CAN'T AS IT WON'T WORK !! It isn't, it's stolen video ONLY.
PICTURES STOLEN FROM THE LIFE OF JAKE MURPHY. USING HIM TO STEAL MONEY FROM GOOD PEOPLE.

YOU ARE NOT TALKING TO THE PERSON IN THE PICTURES.. These have been stolen and they are innocent of all of this. They are victims.
ALWAYS GOOGLE IMAGES. Or you can use TINEYE. There are other apps you can get for mobiles.. Free Apps. This can be your best friend. It can be the difference between being scammed and not.
