I was once a victim. He actually asked me to top up his number which is registered in dubai. I spent 650 AED to top up his number. He promised to pay but until now he is ignoring my messages. I never thought he was a scam. He is now using whatsapp with this number +971 54 401 6311.

I was contacted by Williams Cornelius via instagram, we quickly became friends and he was there when I was going through a tough time with my dad suddenly passing away. He took advantage of me financially by buying cell phones on my account to the tune of about 6000 dollars and I sent him numerous itunes gift cards. I know it was stupid to give him my information but he built up my trust and I was very vunerable at the time. He deleted me from hangouts on monday. He said his parents died in a red cross incident when he was young, he was an orphan but he had a "sister" named Lima Hernandez that was close to him because they grew up together. He told me she had thyroid cancer and was at a hospital in belguim and was paying for her treatments. He also said he was adopted and had a foster sister named Pamela Maya Nelson I spoke to her on instagram as well. additonally his fellow soldier Lt. Nicholas Robinson talked to me as well. He mentioned some guys named Vincent and Bruke. He said he was stationed in Syria but was retiring come December.He sent me numerous pictures that I believe are actually someone elses and I'm assuming that its a group of them working together but who knows. This has been a horrific experience.

2 weeks ago a man contacted me via FB his profile was " Pachecoz Lucas" lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with beautyful tattoo on his whole left arm. He claimed to be an army man ( Sergeant ) serving for US as an engineer who takes care of the military device and he was deployed in Syria for 1 week and 5 days.

After we talked for a while i realized something was odd as why his question was about my personal life, work place, family and especailly assets. He said he is looking for a serious relationship and future wife. The people around him was passed away like dad had plane crashed, mom was shoot by uncle on his birthday and girlfriend had car accident. And in one day my FB messenger was show this conversation was blocked/spam which he was away for 3-4 days and come back with new FB name "Robert Lucas Pacheco" he said he against the military rule the FB was blocked.

He asked my whatsapp number and yes i gave him but my instinct ask me to google his name so it make me angry as he is scam. I insist him to do video call otherwise i'll not talk to him anymore before video call he said please don't mad at me if i'm ugly and look bored and after we had video call i found the truth that he was ฺBlack African and i guess he lives in Nigeria as his number stated +234. His whatsapp shown name " Kelly "

I have blocked his whatsapp and instagram accounts and send a report.Although he hasn't asked me for money yet but i felt upset with his insincerity.

I just found out he is a scammer to thanks to Google image. He goes by the name George Randy Pacheco but Facebook page is George C Pacheco because Catherine is his mother's name whom died years ago.

He also said his girlfriend took all his money $455,555 and he only manage to get back $150k USD. The weirdest thing is I ask him if he is a scammer and told him I have very little USD. But he continue to talk to me for 4 days. Right up till today when I found the exact selfie that he send me today on another website warning of this exact scam.

He can be very convincing and persuasive. Buy the moment I found out he blocked me immediately. Beware.

Haight. e ele é muito esperto também ,ele tirou o perfil porque eu descobri e falei que era a foto do general David, ele vivaienviando mensagens românticas e pedindo dinheiro, prometendo casamento e amor eterno, só uma mulher muito bburra para acreditar neste mugu, ele tem v´rios perfis falsos com nomes de smith Davis, este ele fundiu com o meu e pos minha foto e assumiu relacionamento sério, depois eu vi outros perfis dele como Smith M. Davis, e tem relacioanmento com uma amiga chamada Juliana deBento de Abreu, e tem o perfil do soldado Smith Davis que ele roubou a foto do verdadeiro soldado e te mrelacioanmento com uma mulher chamada Anna Arias das filipinas, e outro com Davis smith que ele está iludidndo uma professora chamada Sandra Sobral de Brasília. alguém tem que parar este mugu porque ele tem muito mais perfis falsos. tudo por ganância por dinheiro e ele fala que é temente a Deus, é honesto e fiel, que ele é inocente, mas é um safado don Juan, abra os olhos mulheres, ele é casado com uma mulher nigeriana que auta com ele nos goples sujos , ela se faz de agente da ONU com Clara williams, mas eu já vi outros perfis falsos dela com outras imagensa também e profissão. True, I was the victim of a scammer with a phony profile named Phill Jobson, he uses the photo of General David. Haight. And he is very smart too, he took the profile because I found out and I said it was the picture of General David, he lives romantic messages and asking for money, promising marriage and eternal love, only a very bburra woman to believe in this mugu, he has Several false profiles with Smith's names, he merged with mine and posed my photo and assumed a serious relationship, then I saw other profiles of him as Smith M. Davis, and has related to a friend named Juliana de Bento de Abreu, And has the profile of the soldier Smith Davis that he stole the photo of the real soldier and mrelacioanmento with a woman named Anna Arias of the Philippines, and another with Davis Smith that he is deceiving a teacher named Sandra Sobral from Brasilia. Someone has to stop this mugu because he has many more fake profiles. All for greed for money and he says that he is God fearing, he is honest and faithful, he is innocent, but he is a naughty don Juan, open eyes women, he is married to a Nigerian woman who raises with him in the dirty goples , She becomes a UN agent with Clara Williams, but I have seen other fake profiles of her with other images as well and profession.
