He will tell you he is an Engineer. He says he is out of work right now.. but he is living in Frankfurt. He says he left Ottawa three weeks ago.

HE WILL ALSO TELL YOU THAT HE HAS A YACHT.. AND HE IS GOING TO LET IT BE 'SHIPPED OVER'... when asked how he was going to do this... he answers 'BY AIRPLANE' !!!!

THE REAL MAN IN THE PICTURES IS AMERICAN AUTHOR HUGH HOWEY. Sadly, Mr Howey is a very well known person so there are pictures and videos to steal. Hugh Howey

In case you're still adding to the search (I would appreciate it since I found this website via search). A man using the name "Robert Rowland" friended me on Facebook. I only accepted because he was friends with my cousin. I think he picked the surname because it matched us. I asked him a few questions and his responses were "ok" and "hello" (not the right answers). He used many of the pictures from this post. Poor Hugh Howard... I unfriended him and ended our messenger contact. Thanks for posting this website/post, it matters.

Yes a big LOL, met Todd Reynolds from Melbourne Australia, with no Australian accent! Working in Scotland on cabins on match, the widow thing always sends a red flag for me, he never got around to asking me for money but kept wanting me to send nude photos, which i would not! But he did send pictures of himself! Yuck!! I reported him instantly, i did play his game a little to get his phone number off Viber if anyone wants them. 1-615-298-9421 and . +44 141 280 3665.

Beware..He is Eric Johnson on Facebook using Hugh Howey photos.I have chatted with him once and he said he is an American. A widow and has a 7 year old daughter named Lisa who is in boarding school. I became suspicious when he disclosed his current location which is West Accra Ghanna for the claim of his late wife fund from the bank.I stopped chatting with him because I know it's a scam. I hope he will be removed on FB before he can victimize people.

Hello all - I am in contact with this scammer - Bradley H Kurth - I accidentally hit accept on Facebook friend request. He "lives" in LA, has a house in Beverly Hills - engineer/telecommunications. working in Alaska right now. He has sent me many of the pics posted here as Hugh.

He says he's 58 - sent a bogus birth certificate saying he was born in Montpellier France. He got me over to the "Hangout App". His number is 424-281-7868. It's a Beverly Hills number. He says he lives in LA - had a house in Bev Hills. Sent a pic of a yacht too.

Where can I report this bastard before I tell him he's a scamming idiot.?? Thanks!

LOL..I've got him as Todd Reynolds, too, with the log cabin story, exactly..I'm so proud to finally but him with this!! All with the image search. Using a phone number in NC 980-999-4049. Didn't get his viber number saved before I deleted that. Chatted twice a day with him every day for a few weeks ..was always suspicious. Did ask for my bank account information. Didn't get it. When I pressed for more proof that it was him, became antagonistic. Was supposedly coming back to North Carolina on November 5. I reported his facebook photo and match profile. I knew his accent was not Australian..very thick..

He started to communicate with me on Match starting March 9th. He told me his name is Andy Donnalds. He is quite charming and I don't know how he can keep his stories straight. I live in the states and he told me that he is from Thousand Oaks, CA and is moving by me in the midwest. As of this morning, I have blocked him from all communication. Last night when we spoke and I was asking him to explain to me how I am looking at Hugh Howey's pictures and they are not him. He was trying to tell me that he didn't steal this man's picture. He also informed me that he went to Cyprus Friday for work and would be gone for a week and that he was coming to see me before he went home to California. I think he switched names again, i am in contact with this guy who says he is a civil engineer, came from Victoria Canada to the Netherlands. Met him on Tinder and after i caught two other scammers, i was suspicious about this one. He send me a few diffirent pictures, but what made me doubt if he was a scammer or for real was that i twice had a videochat with him and several times talked to him on the phone. I know they can steel pictures from the internet, but don't know for sure how he did it with the videochat. But since he started a kind of asking for money yesterday, because they 'pick pocketed' him at a business trip, i told him to contact the ambassy and his bank. This morning i googled his pictures and found this site. Every day i googled the text he send me and had a hit on scam sites, now this site really convinced me he is a scammer. I will never pay any money for a guy which i have never seen, but i can imagine that people do, they drag you into an emotional rollercoaster. I have pictures and a phone-number, name(s) which i can give if that will be a help, but i think he already changed names again because since i told him i am not gonna give him money, i haven't heard from him. Last time we talked was yesterday evening. I hope people from all over the world will read your messages because i know scamming isn't well known over here. There should be more publicity all around the world for this kind of scamming. I think a lot of women/girls/men/boys will get hurt by these monsters.
