He is now also going by the names of Richard Haggard and Richard Haggq on Facebook. "Mr. Haggard" if from Miami, Florida and now currently lives in Kabul, Afghanistan and is Divorced. "Mr. Haggq" is from Long Beach, California and now currently lives in Kabul, Afghanistan (Shocker) and is also Divorced.

Some how I am friends with Richard Haggq on Facebook and didn't even notice it until he sent me a bunch of messages. Went to his page and could only see his profile and cover photos. Seemed off so I did a little digging and found the other profile then image searched the photos which brought me to this page. so I thought I would share. BE SAFE YALL.

HE SAYS HE IS IN ALASKA , HAS A DAUGHTER SOPHIE AND WORKS ON AN OIL RIG. HE SAYS HE IS 61 (in previous years he has been many ages, a few of them 65). I have heard the 'daughter' is a real person, not just an email?? A mystery I can't get to the bottom of....

The picture of the Alaskan Oil Rig is on the internet as one built in NE England and offshore in Aberdeen, Scotland.

He can be seen on Skype and spoken with. He has a daughter who the woman said is real... so this one is a mystery. Is there video that has been manipulated... is this the mans scamming and he isn't African? Maybe he isn't African..I don't know. However be aware... ANYTHING BEARING THIS MAN'S PICTURE... AND YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED.

He is sending out the usual pictures.. with one of a much older man, but the same one.
