BEWARE OF THIS PROFILE, IT SEEMS VERY ACTIVE AT THE MOMENT. There are Americans on his Friends List but, like many scammers, he seems to be targeting women from The Philippines. 

They are a huge target for scammers. Mainly because they trust men and although they do not pay as much as others, they do trust enough to pay money to scammers because they believe in their stories.

2. Africans are often unsure about our names so they very often get them wrong, so they play safe... like here. 
They can't work out our first and surnames.
