I wish I could tell you more about Fidel Brown, BUT.. he is on a secret mission.
He has a 3 yr old daughter called Bella back in the US, and his wife died (don't ask him about it, it's too upsetting for him to speak about it! ).

It isn't possible for an American to just go around the world and get married to women they have never met. There are protocols. Security and background checks of her and her family, for major security reasons. That doesn't bother Fidel... 'he knows someone in Embassies'
