THE MAN IN THE PICTURES IS VERY WELL USED IN ROMANCE SCAMS AND CAN BE FOUND ON ANY SEARCH.
Scammer reported from IMO and the scams we heard of are Filipino.. but it could be other countries too.
WIDOW WITH A SON, JAMES.. and here are his own words.
'my late wife is the only daughter of his parent who died at the age of 71 years, they deposited the fund with the CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA because they work in Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and told her daughter my late wife to claim the fund but unfortunately she died through motor accident and left the fund for me to claim for the future of James...'~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
THIS VERY POOR ENGLISH IS SUPPOSED TO COME FROM AN AMERICAN MAN.
These scams were usually on email, but using Chat Apps and sending stolen pictures is working so much better for them.
NEVER SEND MONEY TO ANYONE YOU HAVE NEVER MET IN PERSON... IT WILL ALWAYS BE A SCAM

ALWAYS GOOGLE IMAGES. Or you can use TINEYE. There are other apps you can get for mobiles.. Free Apps. This can be your best friend. It can be the difference between being scammed and not.
