HE HAS A CARGO DELIVERED TO NIGERIA !! Something has gone wrong with it and he has to go to NIGERIA to make some 'arrangements'.
WHEN HE GOT THERE THE BANK HAD BLOCKED HIS CARD AND CAN YOU SEND HIM 600 EUROS (or whatever the currency is where you live !! ). His card needed verifying and this was the fee. (NO SUCH FEE EXISTS)
