'Hey guys, please be careful about who you are talking to online. I hear of people almost on a daily basis who are being scammed by people pretending to be me, or at least using my photos.
Scammers are a huge problem and so many of the accounts online are not who they pretend to be. I’ve had scammers make fake driver’s licenses and social security cards of me, to prove to someone that it was really me that they were speaking to. Now with AI, they are able to make more realistic videos of people that look and sound like the person they are impersonating.
As much as you want to believe that it is real, do some real research on the person before you get too invested in them. You will end up getting hurt and possibly lose a lot of money from it also.'
