Brigadier General Glenn A. Goddard is the Commanding General of the 353rd Civil Affairs Command, one of four Army Reserve Civil Affairs Commands.
Brigadier General Goddard was raised in Los Angeles, California and is MARRIED with a daughter and currently resides in Arlington, Virginia.

At first he needed the money for his Portfolio that was worth lots of money millions of dollars.
He showed me a photo of it. He asked for $5000.
The victim says smooth talking to the point you couldnโt resist.
(SORRY THIS IS LOVE BY TEXT! YOU CAN SAY NO, AND RESIST)
Heโs asked for more so $100 here and a $100 there.
Now he wanted more for his daughter education.
He couldnโt get any money to her because it was frozen bank accounts. (IMPOSSIBLE IN REAL LIFE)
Now he wants to come home and need another $5000.
I told him I couldnโt do it any more.
He promises to pay be back when you gets home.
He says he has 4 homes and 3 cars and showed me grand fathers birth certificate. (BUT HE HAS NO MONEY AND NEEDS TO BEG FROM A WOMAN HE HAS NEVER MET)
He said his grand father raised him. He too was a general. James J. Goddard was his name.

There's also a facebook account trying other scams using Goddards photos but under the name Andrew Goddard.

DeleteYeah my grandma is getting scammed by the Andrew account so I sent him this page and swore at him. Doubt he'll message my grandma again.
