Using the name Williams Scott Stevens. 

He was using the name stevendaniels840 when i first seen the pics but now i see sgt.stevens02 and sgt.alexstevens02 on Instagram with same pics. when he started talking to me recently it didn't hit me that this person could be a fake. I should of known better, especially since I myself was raised in a military family and was married to a military man. we talked for like a day on Instagram when he said it would be better to talk over the WhatsApp I didn't know what it was and couldn't figure it out so he asked if I had the hangouts app I said yes and that's where we talked then I figured out the WhatsApp yesterday and we ended up talking on there, then out of no where he calls me babe and asks if I could do something for him. I asked what and he said his iPhone needed updated and its $88 to do it and that they don't sell the iTunes cards where he was which he told me was West Africa, and asked me to buy him a $100 card and message him the numbers. that right there brought up a red flag. this I know because, my mother mentioned the iTunes card thing. I told him that he could use the store on his phone and buy one online and it will go to his email. he said he didn't have access to his bank account where he was. that was another thing, I straight up told him he must think im stupid, and that I come from a military family with an ex that is military and I know for a fact that you can use a bank card online from anywhere in the country. I told him I know this is a scam. he said he would prove it to me that it wasn't, so I told him to facetime me but instead sends me a video clip out in the desert showing his face troops near him with a message following it saying he wasn't able to facetime where he was. i told him he was lying and to get a real job and stop scamming people. i don't see the stevendaniels840 on there anymore so i guess he is using these other 2 now. i feel like an idiot. especially since i should have known better!

He's using now the name of SEAN STEVENS with this email: sean555stevens@gmail.com and he first contact me on instagram, talked to me during a few days and than ask me to download hangout, telling himself super in love and that he wanna meet my Family... called me "my wife", "honey" and "my woman". He didn't aks me money, but asked me to send an email to the military welfare (militarywelfareunits002@gmail.com). I told him that I searched online about the scammers and he started to be ask me if I was suspecting him... after that he blocked me on instagram.

      I catched him almost from the very beginning,he is not asking me for money,he is sending as per his messages money to me plus some of his belongings,I would never send money to a stranger and I am not taking any responsibility for that delivery,I saved our whole conversation plus pictures in drive also in my laptop so there is absolutely no way I will be paying for that ash**e box whatever it is containing,thank you for your feedback and advice.

      There is no delivery.. the fake package scam is one of their oldest and still makes them a lot of money so don't worry. Nothing will come but you will be pestered for payments for it ! Just keep blocking !

      The US Phone number will be a Google Voice number..

      which means they choose a US number to use with their own cellphone.
      The shipping of the package is one of their oldest scams. You get nothing as there is no valuables.. they just ask you to pay a lot of money as the fake package is supposed to get stuck in customs !
      Not much you can do as these scams come from West Africa and they are not prepared to do anything to stop them. Just know never to give out info and know what to look for as Tinder is flooded and someone else will want to send you a package !

      This man, Rob Stevens who is the man in the pictures was killed in a motor cycle accident in the US at the end of June. Out of respect to Rob, who leaves a young wife and 2 kids, please drop this scammer using him. Scamming is bad enough. But when the man in the pictures has died... it's somehow even more evil.

      NO they scam women from all around the world. There are not many countries that they don't try for.
      ALL profiles are teams so they can work shifts for different time zones. I am in the UK and it's a huge, hidden, problem here.

    He added me on Instagram under James Stevens stevens_001_022 .Stopped messaging me then came back under Facebook. Asked if I would do him a favor and buy some iPhones for him. He would pay for them, only needed my user name and password for Verizon! I said nope, didn't know you to do that . Told me he did clearance on gold .       Good evening, I have been talking to this guy via whatsappwho goes by Rob Stevens. He's always saying that he "loves me" and sadly enough, I play around by saying it back. Recently, I've been checking up on IG that there is a new account of him and I've been asking him alot of questions, even requesting him to send me a recent pic of his or at least talk on the phone. His excuse is he "can't" due to his "work." I am badly confused that I cannot tell if he is the real deal vs. faker. I, too, want a private message regarding this guy. Thanks

      We know Rob Stevens on here. We deal with him a lot from our Instagram page.. and so anyone using Rob's pictures is fake. We say a lot that ANYONE that tells your military is fake.. and we REALLY mean that.

      It's sad for Rob and the other military personnel involved that women believe their scammers and not the advice from the Army and from us and from them !!

      He can text and he can't cam??? Ridiculous.. he can't cam because he isn't the right face.

      Wanting him to be real is NEVER going to make him real.

    Matthew Steves and I met on the Hinge dating app. He said a lot of similar things to me however, when I thought he was lying, he offered to FaceTime me
    On the WhatsApp. The there was no audio but it was him and he showed me close up of his face and the field he was in Afghanistan. Could that be the real guy or another scammer?

He's using now the name of SEAN STEVENS with this email: sean555stevens@gmail.com and he first contact me on instagram, talked to me during a few days and than ask me to download hangout, telling himself super in love and that he wanna meet my Family... called me "my wife", "honey" and "my woman". He didn't aks me money, but asked me to send an email to the military welfare (militarywelfareunits002@gmail.com). I told him that I searched online about the scammers and he started to be ask me if I was suspecting him... after that he blocked me on instagram.

      He was using the name stevendaniels840 when i first seen the pics but now i see sgt.stevens02 and sgt.alexstevens02 on Instagram with same pics. when he started talking to me recently it didn't hit me that this person could be a fake. I should of known better, especially since I myself was raised in a military family and was married to a military man. we talked for like a day on Instagram when he said it would be better to talk over the WhatsApp I didn't know what it was and couldn't figure it out so he asked if I had the hangouts app I said yes and that's where we talked then I figured out the WhatsApp yesterday and we ended up talking on there, then out of no where he calls me babe and asks if I could do something for him. I asked what and he said his iPhone needed updated and its $88 to do it and that they don't sell the iTunes cards where he was which he told me was West Africa, and asked me to buy him a $100 card and message him the numbers. that right there brought up a red flag. this I know because, my mother mentioned the iTunes card thing. I told him that he could use the store on his phone and buy one online and it will go to his email. he said he didn't have access to his bank account where he was. that was another thing, I straight up told him he must think im stupid, and that I come from a military family with an ex that is military and I know for a fact that you can use a bank card online from anywhere in the country. I told him I know this is a scam. he said he would prove it to me that it wasn't, so I told him to facetime me but instead sends me a video clip out in the desert showing his face troops near him with a message following it saying he wasn't able to facetime where he was. i told him he was lying and to get a real job and stop scamming people. i don't see the stevendaniels840 on there anymore so i guess he is using these other 2 now. i feel like an idiot. especially since i should have known better!

      Because these are the stolen pictures of a man called Rob Stevens.

      His pictures are used by scammers to contact women...love them and ask for money.
      Stealing the money as you are not sending to the man in the pictures.

      He is married, has a family and is well known as coming out to say that he never contacts anyone.

      I haven't asked Rob how old he is !
      The answer to the FB thing is yes.. usually.
      Each night we send in a list of fakes to FB and they are removed.
      However tonight is our last list because of the Christmas holidays. Please pass any accounts you have on Fb and we can do that.. we used to be able to off IG too but they don't do it any more. ! Happy to leave fakes scamming.
      Leave the FB ones and we will get them off as soon as we can.

      NOBODY that contacts you and tells you they are military are ever real. They don't do it,they are not allowed to do it and none would tell you where they are deployed.



      Our advice is to come off Hangouts. It is the worst place online for scammers and you will be scammed constantly on there. NOBODY real is contacting anyone else on HANGOUTS it is Scammer's Paradise .. be very careful.

    As long as you block. They will just use your pictures usually to upset and blackmail you and if they can't get to you in any way there is no point in that.
    It is hideous they still use him, I KNOW scammers know Rob has been killed and they will still use as he makes them money.
    I am SO glad you did search and thanks for that information they are using.
    NOW BLOCK ! NONE that tell you military will ever be real but a few they use are cruel.. and using Rob is one of them !
