DR SMITH IS AN AMERICAN DOCTOR AND WELLNESS BUSINESSMAN WHO IS OFTEN USED IN SCAMS.
Be aware... they will invite you to Skype for a video call. However... guess what happens. The connection is bad and you can see a bad quality video of him speaking and moving. THIS IS A STOLEN VIDEO BEING PLAYED TO YOU... YOU ARE NOT SPEAKING TO THE MAN IN IT.
