A persistent scammer who rings and pesters his victims every day by phone for money.
The person I am talking to is reluctant to give me any details on him other than he is wanting money sent to Nigeria.
He says he wants to leave Nigeria and come to here... if she sends $860 to pay for his Hotel Bill because he can't !!
