THEY USE U.S. LOOKING LANDLINE NUMBERS (Google Voice numbers that are used with mobile phones and can be used from anywhere in the world, but come up as the location she have chosen to display)

Many contacts around the U.S. supporting this scam... receiving letters and packages on behalf of the scammers.
